THE HARD PART

most ideas die in the gaps between suppliers.

A design firm hands you a file. An engineer says the file will not mold. A factory broker quotes a number that ruins your margin. An agency markets a product nobody tested. Each one blames the last, and your idea stalls.

Working with four suppliers

  • Design decisions made without knowing what a factory can produce
  • Tooling surprises and minimum order quantities discovered too late
  • Nobody accountable when a part fails inspection
  • Packaging designed after the unit cost is already locked
  • Marketing claims written by people who never held the product

Working with 52Launch

  • Every CAD decision checked against how the part will actually be made
  • Costs, tooling, and quantities on the table while the design can still change
  • One project manager as your primary contact the whole way through
  • Packaging designed alongside the product, for the shelf it is fighting for
  • Photo and video shot in-house by the team that developed the thing
WHAT YOU GET

the accelerator, phase by phase.

The Accelerator is what happens to your idea after you hit send: six phases that take it from rough concept to finished, sellable product in months, not years.

Handoffs are where products go to die. A design firm mails files to an engineer, the engineer mails drawings to a factory, and by the time marketing meets the product, nobody agrees on what it is anymore.

Here there is no handoff to fumble. Research, design, branding, and manufacturing prep run at the same time, in the same building, and each phase feeds what it learns straight into the next.

What comes out the other side is priced, branded, tested, and ready to sell. Here is what each phase does.

THE 52LAUNCH ACCELERATOR

market research.

Nothing gets designed and nothing gets quoted until we know who buys this product, what they pay for it today, and where they will find yours.

That research sets the feature list, the target price, and the channels your launch will run through, so every later decision has something solid underneath it.

DIFFERENTIATE02OF 06

brand creation.

Store shelves are full of decent products nobody remembers.

Long before production starts, yours gets a name, a look, a voice, and a packaging direction, so the brand grows up with the product instead of being stapled on at the end.

industrial product design.

This is where the sketch becomes an engineered product: CAD, materials, prototypes, and revision after revision until the design survives contact with the real world.

Every choice is checked against the factory floor while it can still be changed. That is how you avoid the beautiful prototype no factory can actually produce.

DEVELOP03OF 06
SOURCE04OF 06

manufacturing preparation.

A design only matters if a factory can build it at a price that leaves you margin.

We match your product to vetted partners from a network three decades in the making, then pin down tooling, unit costs, quality checks, and order quantities before you commit to production.

go-to-market strategy.

Inventory in a garage is not a launch.

While the factory side comes together, the selling side does too: your store, your campaigns, your content, and the plan that ties them together.

The week your product lands, you are selling it, not starting your marketing from zero.

PREPARE05OF 06
LAUNCH06OF 06

production decision point.

The program closes with the full picture in your hands: exact manufacturing costs, tooling investment, margins, and the strategy behind them.

Then you decide whether to press go on production. Informed, not hopeful. That is the deliverable.

ON SHELF

The line runs straight because the work never leaves the building. No phase waits on an outside firm, and that is how six phases fit into months instead of years.

HOW IT STARTS

four steps, and the first two cost you nothing.

STEP 01

Send the idea

Fill in the form or call the studio. A sketch, a description, or a problem you want solved is enough.

STEP 02

Get a real reply

A person from the studio reads it and responds, normally within one business day, with honest feedback.

STEP 03

Free consultation

We evaluate feasibility, map the route to market, and scope what your product actually needs.

STEP 04

Then you decide

You get a detailed proposal and cost estimate. Nothing proceeds until you say so.

products that made it to a real shelf.

No renderings, no crowdfunding mockups. Everything here went through tooling and production and onto shelves people buy from. One of them rode a Shark Tank deal to tens of millions of units sold.

WHERE IT HAPPENS

a real studio, not a broker.

A 45+ person company shares one converted mill: designers and engineers up front, a photo and video studio in the middle, printers and prototypes in back, inventory in the warehouse. Visit once and the model explains itself; one roof is not a slogan here, it is the floor plan.

BEFORE YOU ASK

the questions everyone has first.

What is required from me to get started?

An idea, in whatever shape it is in today. A sketch, a voice memo, a half-working prototype: all of these are real starting points. Bring whatever plans and expectations you have, and we will build the roadmap from there.

Will my idea stay confidential?

Yes. What you share is used for one thing, evaluating and planning your launch, and it stays inside our team. Nothing reaches an outside party without your explicit go-ahead, and we will sign an NDA before you reveal a single detail.

Do you take a commission on my product after launch?

No. You make a one-time upfront investment and everything your product earns after launch is yours. The only later costs are optional third-party services your production or marketing may call for.

Do I need a patent first?

No. Many clients file once the design is close to final, so the patent covers the product they will actually sell. Patent work is not something we do in-house, but we will connect you with IP attorneys we trust.

What if I only need one service?

Then take exactly one. Prototyping, a rebrand, a targeted marketing push: each stands on its own, priced for the work it involves. The full program exists for founders who want the entire journey handled by one team.

How long does the process take?

That depends on what you are building; a silicone kitchen tool and an electronic device live on very different timelines. Your first consultation ends with an estimate shaped around your product, not a generic number.

got an idea? let's build it.

The first conversation is free, nothing about it is binding, and your idea is covered by confidentiality from the first word. If the product deserves to exist, we will help you prove it.
